Bugged - Doesnt Transfer

I have an iPod that I fill with childrens apps that I let my kids use. However I was somewhere where I couldnt get wifi so I used my phone to upgrade this app and finally got wifi and tried to update the app on my iPod. Nope. Cant get it to work. I dont even WANT it on my phone, I want it on my iPod. Im so mad. I just wasted $4.99 because I cant get it on the rest of my devices!!! What happens when I upgrade my phone? I have to buy this again? This is one major lame downfall for this app. Its a great app, my kids love it. But the fact that it doesnt upgrade or transfer to my other apple devices is totally lame and for that this app deserves 2 stars.
